Claim Filing Indicators (Product Line)
The Claim Filing Indicator is used to tell the receiving electronic claims computer the type of claim being submitted. This is used on both the primary and secondary insurance. If you do not have a complete list you can click the Rebuild button to create the newest list of choices.
